Description:
D RACE PACE does not own the track. Our main office is located at Piquete Entertainment Race Park, West Palm Beach, Florida. Upon request and subject to availability, we can operate at other tracks within the state, subject to availability and logistics.
Each participant must:

- Pay the track fee for each session. The cost varies between $50 and $70 USD, depending on the day and the track's policies.
- The driver is responsible for reviewing and complying with the circuit regulations..
Kart and team
Description
Damage to the kart is not included in the service price. In the event of damage to the vehicle, regardless of whether the driver was directly responsible, the repair costs will be borne by the customer.
Exceptions:
If the kart has mechanical failures unrelated to driver handling (e.g., internal breakdowns, factory defects or natural wear and tear), DRACEPACE will cover the repair costs.
However, if the damage occurs as a result of a collision, running off the track, or aggressive driving, the costs will be billed to the customer, regardless of who caused the incident.
For this, there is a security deposit of $300 which will be fully refunded once the session is over.
Each driver is responsible for their personal equipment and track safety.
This includes situations such as:
- If another driver hits your kart or your child's kart, you are responsible for your own equipment.
- You are not responsible for another pilot's equipment, even if you or your child caused the incident.

By booking this service, you agree and acknowledge that D RACE PACE is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during track activities or on the premises.
Refund and rescheduling policy
Description:
We will not accept refunds, only rescheduling, unless it is due to external causes such as the weather.

Weather and incomplete sessions

If, due to external causes (such as weather), the minimum number of sessions is not completed, a fee of $65 per session will be charged and the difference will be refunded.
